Yes. A custom profile affects the usable internal space and may also influence the pouch opening and filling method. The fill volume cannot be determined from the outer dimensions alone. We recommend providing the product, target capacity and filling requirements so that the actual filling and sealing results can be checked through samples.

A shaped pouch is defined by its outer profile. It does not automatically mean that the pouch can stand upright or be reclosed. Please discuss any required display, gusset or closure functions early. Feasibility must be evaluated according to the pouch shape, opening area and complete structure.

Brand graphics, text and required warning areas should be arranged on the confirmed pouch outline. Samples are then used to check the cutting boundary, graphic position and overall visual effect. The approved artwork and confirmed sample serve as the reference for volume production.

The quotation depends on the material, dimensions, profile complexity and order quantity. Sampling, tooling costs and lead time are specified after the project requirements have been reviewed.
