A: No. The zipper is mainly intended for repeated closure after the consumer opens the package. It does not normally replace the initial heat seal after filling.
Please provide the filling method and equipment requirements so that the reserved heat-sealing area, zipper and tear-notch positions can be confirmed. Samples should be used to check the sealing and opening results.
A: The pouch width, height, zipper position and reserved heat-sealing area must be evaluated together. Usable capacity cannot be determined from the outer dimensions alone.
